New Build Division

Our New Build Division focuses on delivering complex, detail-oriented brickwork, stonework, flintwork and stucco services as a Specialist Sub-Contractor for remarkable new buildings, façades, extensions, internal finishes, and hard landscaping to the highest standards.

Driven by an uncomprimising commitment to quality in every detail, our projects encompass some of the most architecturally demanding sectors, including Prime and Super Prime Residential, Luxury Hotels, Commercial, Arts and Culture, Education, and Civic and Community.

Heritage Division

Our Heritage Division specialises in the sympathetic cleaning, restoration, adaptation and conservation of historic façades, scheduled monuments, ecclesiastical buildings, internal listed finishes, and important structures.

With our team’s substantial experience as both a Specialist Sub-Contractor and Principal Contractor, our projects range from traditional conservation treatment of decayed ornate historic building fabrics, to major façade restoration schemes requiring challenging masonry modifications and structural repairs.

Greenwich Cemetery

As part of the Royal Borough of Greenwich’s Cemetery Refurbishment scheme, our Heritage Division was appointed by Standage to deliver extensive restoration services to both chapels within the grounds of Greenwich Cemetery, alongside works at Charlton Cemetery, Eltham Cemetery, Plumstead Cemetery, and Woolwich Cemetery.

Through extensive condition surveys and site investigations, we produced a report with annotated elevation drawings, photographs and a schedule of repairs to establish the full extent of works required to sensitive restore the façade.

Our scope included façade cleaning, replacement of defective Kentish Ragstone, replacement of damaged Bath stone plinths, copings, string courses, window and door jambs, sills, and other dressed Bath stone, and repointing all stone in lime mortar.
